The difficulty of getting a job makes you sometimes are not concerned with the interests and talent that match the job you are applying. In fact, interests and talents is very important in choosing a job.
Interest is whether or not someone likes the work, activities or tasks that arouse curiosity, attention and gives pleasure or enjoyment. Be an indicator of a person's interest in certain areas of strength, so that someone will be motivated to learn and demonstrate high performance.
While talent is the background of one's own potential and innate nature. Talent needs to
be sharpened and developed to be used optimally. If not in the teaser, then the talent will just disappear. Person's interest if supported by the talent, the more it will make someone successful in employment or his chosen field. Thus, the function of interest is to strengthen the talent. But if you have interest in one area but not have the talent, you can still succeed in your chosen field, provided that want to practice and work hard.
Identify Interests and Talents
To know your interests and talents, the first thing to do is recognize what you can do well. Then how do I recognize the talent? For example, you are a good cook. For those of you cook it easily just by mixing the ingredients of food, then so good food, it is a talent. Sometimes you do not realize the talent you have. If something can be done with ease and good results, it can recognize as the talent.
If you do not recognize it as well, another way is to ask the people closest to you as a parent, brother or sister. Usually the next of kin could see the dominant areas within yourself.
Or to be clearer to know you have talent you can do a psychological test. Usually after going through psychological tests, there are several questions relating to the interests and talents.
In these ways, then after you know the interests and talents you can choose the appropriate job. For example, if you like a lot of field activities and meet with people, or do you like a desk job and not be out of town or area.
